The hotel had a lovely decor, with beautiful furnishings and cozy seating areas. It felt very inviting and comfortable, especially for senior people. The general areas were well-maintained and easy to navigate, making it convenient for older guests to move around.

I would have appreciated if the children working there could provide more assistance with carrying luggage.

Transport(tram no.22) to city centre at hotel front door

We booked a double room , however the room we were allocated was extremely small , we returned to the reception and suggested the room allocated was a single room, we were then changed to a normal sized hotel double room ,perhaps it was a genuine mistake, No bar in hotel.no room service only food available at breakfast time

The location here is amazing, it's close to all the main tourist attractions and beautiful.

The rooms at EA Hotel Jeleni Dvur Prague Castle are absolutely stunning! I mean, seriously, the view of Prague Castle from my room was jaw-dropping. It made my romantic stay even more special. And the free WiFi was a nice bonus too.

Personally, I found the seating area in some rooms to be a bit uncomfortable. But hey, that's just my opinion.

The hotel is fifteen minutes walk from the center. Accommodation and breakfast are very good. Hotel staff was very helpful and pleasant. The next holiday in Prague we will be at this comfortable hotel.

The property was clean with extremely friendly staff. Location very close to the Strahov monastery and Petrin tower, and the city centre of Prague. Nice experience there...

I had a fantastic stay at Ea Hotel. The location was perfect, just steps away from the historic part of Prague. The room had high ceilings and tall windows, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. The bed was comfortable and the underfloor heating in the bathroom was a nice touch. I also loved the charming pattern of the floor carpet in my room. I highly recommend Ea Hotel for a great stay in Prague.

The hotel is really clean and comfortable. Breakfast is great and the staff is ok.

The only problem is the location which is quite far away from the city center (more than 30 min walk is necessary) but it is very close from the castle. There is a tramway station just in front of the hotel which leads to the bank of the river in front of the city center.

Our accommodation was ideally located, just a short walk from the picturesque old town and other renowned sights. The hotel was situated on top of quite a steep hill that gave us a beautiful view of the area. The room was comfortable, with a nice and clean bathroom, and the staff was very attentive. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of items to choose from. We asked the staff at check out to ring a taxi, and they did so promptly.

The hotel lacked a nearby supermarket, making it difficult for us to get some of our essentials.

Quiet with nice view (rooms on the backside), free cable internet, helpful staff. Conveniently located bordering on old town (castle area) and new town. Very good public transport (tram stop in front of hotel, right into old city centre across the river), good connection with airport.

The coffee at breakfast could be better.

oh, it is very kind hotel with a good, qualified stuff. Reception speak on russian,english language excellent. Sweet rooms. Near hotel is a tram stop where trams number (22 and 25) stoped.

The hotel's location was very convenient with easy access to public transportation and attractions. The breakfast was delicious, with various options to choose from. we appreciated the warm and cozy atmosphere of the hotel during the Christmas holidays.

The noise level from the street outside made it difficult to sleep at night.
